Terms & Conditions of Work

• Public Liability Indemnity Insurance to £5m is held by TreeScene Arboriculture through Trust Insurance Services Ltd, Trust House, 1, Scirroco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6AP.
• ‘Fell to ground level’ means as low as is practically possible within the constraints of the working area.
• TreeScene Arboriculture undertakes to leave the garden tidy when the job is complete.
• It is the owners’ responsibility to ensure that any garden ornaments impinging on the work area and access routes are moved.
• Reasonable care will be taken when removing debris through narrow access routes; however, TreeScene Arboriculture cannot accept responsibility for any scuffed paintwork under these conditions.
• Please ensure any dog mess is removed from the garden prior to tree work commencing.
• It is the clients responsibility to inform TreeScene Arboriculture of any underground services within the work area for tree work or stump grinding.
• The quotation provided is valid for three months from the date work was initially discussed.
• VAT is included in the quotation.
• In line with General Data Protection Regulations, TreeScene Arboriculture will only keep information around the work quoted for 6 months, unless the work is undertaken. In these circumstances, the information will be held in line with the requirements of the HMRC for accounting purposes. For more information see our Privacy Policy
• TreeScene Arboriculture regularly take photo’s of the work they are undertaking to use in a marketing capacity on their website and social media pages. Should we take photograph’s of your property we will request your permission before using them in this way. When taking photo’s we will endeavor to preserve the anonymity of our customer’s property by avoiding any identifying features.
