We are recruiting for a Newly Qualified Arborist (Level 3) to join our business. In this role you will work with the owner and subcontractors to undertake the work agreed with the customers to the highest level of professionalism.
The job involves assisting with tree, shrub and hedgerow maintenance and management, including but not limited to:
· thinning, reducing and removing trees, using a range of appropriate equipment in a safe manner.
· carrying out ground works using a chainsaw, chipper, stump grinder and appropriate equipment for clearing up.
· removal of rubbish created by a job from a client’s site.
· planting trees where required.
· maintenance of all equipment used to undertake the role.
· processing wood bi-products for resale.
· supporting log deliveries.
As part of the role we will support your ever-growing knowledge of trees, shrubs, hedgerows and the environment with continued development of your practical skills.
Successful individuals will ideally hold a Level 3 in Arboriculture or similar qualification. The following chainsaw and climbing qualifications (CS30, 31, 38 & 39) are required as a minimum, plus a full UK driving licence.
